In the true spirit of Rotary camaraderie, members of RC Garuga embarked on a memorable Mini-Bus Fellowship to Jinja—a road trip filled with laughter, bonding, and adventure. More than just a journey, this trip was an opportunity to strengthen friendships, share experiences, and create lasting memories beyond the meeting room.
From the moment the bus left Garuga, the energy was high. Music, stories, and lighthearted banter filled the air as Rotarians and Rotaractors enjoyed the scenic ride to Jinja, the adventure capital of Uganda. Along the way, members shared reflections on service, personal experiences, and dreams for the club’s future.
Upon arrival, the group explored some of Jinja’s iconic spots, engaged in team-building activities, and, of course, indulged in delicious local cuisine. The day was filled with moments of laughter and fellowship, reinforcing the bond that makes Rotary more than just a service organization—it’s a family.
As the sun set and the bus made its way back to Garuga, there was a shared sense of joy and gratitude. The trip not only strengthened friendships but also reminded everyone of the importance of balance—serving communities while also nurturing the bonds that make the work fulfilling.
This Mini-Bus Fellowship to Jinja was more than just a journey—it was a celebration of Rotary’s core values: friendship, fun, and fellowship. Until the next adventure!
